Thu's yoga journey began in 2009, and since then she's found healing, happiness, and freedom, physically, mentally, and spiritually. Through her Jivamukti Yoga Spiritual Warrior training, she enjoys sharing a strong, dynamic flow that warms the body, focuses the mind, and awakens the spirit. She is grateful to the many yoga teachers who have helped her build greater awareness of body and clarity of mind. Thu believes yoga can benefit any body and mind and shares yoga with others in hopes they can build strength and flexibility, develop tools for peace of mind, and feel even more joy and connectedness.
